Her perception and clothing

The AI told Samus that in order to implant the chip, she must be ****, so the AI pointed her to a surgery pod to install it. As soon as Samus is asleep, the AI began it's work by changing her full diaper and painted her zero suit into hot pink and changed it's material into a more comfortable one instead of the restrictive rubber, and lastly, it tied changed her hair into pigtails. Second, the AI altered Samus's perception so that when she has to defecate she won't realize that she hasn't taken her pants off yet and instead messes her diaper instead.

After the Procedure, Samus is woken up by the need to pee and ran to the nearest bathroom she saw, after she got in one of the stalls, she unzipped the lower half of her suit before defecating in the toilet, but in reality she hadn't unzipped her suit and instead messed her fresh diaper and sighed a relief before walking out of the bathroom with a newly soiled diaper, she then smelled a stench and wondered where it is coming from.
