Her mom

"Honey, is everything okay? This is Janice, your mom. I'm sorry those people are being mean to you on the internet. Let me come over, I'll be there in 20 minutes."

Rachel was stunned for a second before typing back, "No thanks, Mom! I would really rather you not..." before closing her laptop and jumping on her bed to scream into her pillow.

Unbeknownst to her, her mother had typed back, "It's no problem, sweetie! I'm heading out now."

Twenty minutes passed by, and Rachel was still on her bed with her face in the pillow when she got a knock on the door.
