Her downtown office

"Hey Morgan! Need you at the office today!" Morgan's coworker, Clayton had texted.

"I know. I got your email. OMW." Morgan offered before tossing her phone into her purse.

Morgan had been planning on being there today, and Clayton should've known that, but every week it was the same thing. He'd message her as if she needed reminding. She wasn't one to miss a day of work. She was fortunate and healthy. Thankfully the drive in was mostly country roads so it was fairly clear sailing which helped to soothe her savage beast as it were.

Fifteen minutes early, Morgan had plenty of time to spare. She pulled into her spot and gathered her purse and coffee before hopping out of her car. The building she worked in was five floors, with a basement she never visited. Her office was on the third floor with a view of the parking lot. It had been this or an interior corner office with no view.

There were already a couple other people shuffling around to their desks as she wandered through the office. Today her and Clayton were going to go over their ad concepts before sending them up to marketing for approval. It wasn't something she was concerned about as they had been finished a few days ago and the preliminary reception she received from their art director, Dante, was good.

Morgan rested her coffee against her breast so she could open the door and slip into her office. She hung her purse on her coat rack, before setting her coffee down on her desk and taking a seat and decided that she was going to take care of something that had been brewing in her since Jack left her earlier.
