Her behaviour and memory

The AI decided to change Samus's behaviour on a subliminal level and made it so that she will squat down when she messes herself but she won't notice her own actions, she will also be unable to read anything that's related to bathrooms, restrooms, and also made her unable to understand what a toilet is and what it's used for. As the upgrade finished uploading, Samus saw a few sentences on the screen which says it's a test to see if the chip is installed or not, Samus pressed the button and saw some images and words.

the first image was a picture of a symbol of a man and woman seperated by a line, Samus couldn't figure out what it meant and swiped left to indicate she doesn't understand what it meant, she then saw the word, "Restroom ?, just a place where people rest I guess ?", she then swiped left again and then a hologram projected itself from the screen, Samus spent a couple minutes figuring out what this strange machine is even supposed to do, it's made of porcelain, with big bowl with water in it and a cover, a block on it's edge and a button on top of it that apparently flushes anything in the bowl, "What a strange looking device..., Maybe it's garbage compacter or chemical mixer", she submitted her answer and she was given a name to that strange device, "a Toilet ?, what a strange name for a strange machine...", Said Samus as she unknowingly squatted down and messed her backside.
