Her and Kyle are breaking up

After a long lunch with Grace I was late for my next class. I rushed across campus to Smith Hall, where the business school classes were held. I made it just in time, and found my usual seat. Class was uneventful, but quick. Soon I was headed back to my condo to make dinner. On the walk back, I got a text from Grace:

Grace: Bad news

John: What is it? You talked to him?

G: Yeah, he won't go for it.

J: Guess he doesn't want to go through what he put you through

G: Right. So we're done

J: I'm sorry to hear that. It happens sometimes, but it's for the best.

G: Thanks for your help John

I thought about my response for a moment, not wanting to lose my grasp on this girl.

J: No problem. I guess Kathy was kinda right, it would just be revenge sex now... let's do it
