Her Stepford Wife (Updated)

"Would you marry me?"

Emily couldn't believe the words that had rolled out of Alex's mouth.

Sure, she had known Alex had a taste for girls ever since they had been friends at Stepford Elementary School. Sure, the officials had tried to weed that behavior out of her.

If anything, they had somehow made her an even better candidate to be a woman's lover. Muscles that most bodybuilders could only dream of, legs for days and of course, a wit that was second-to-none.

Said woman being her in that moment. Sure, Alex had always had an eye for her, but there had to be a far better woman to be the fem to Alex's butch. Stepford had a tendency to backfire on them constantly, producing as many lesbians as it had actual 'stepford wives'.

Yet, she did a mental shake of her head. No, her girlfriend had already made her choice a long time ago. Probably some time in Middle School. Then it was just a matter of getting to a point that they were both ready to understand their feelings.

"I do." Emily whispered, making a mental note of all the things she would need to do before the wedding day.

To start that list off, she had got her hair done up into a beehive. She had always thought about doing it as a joke of sorts. But now, on the cusp of being married, it felt right. Even

"You look amazing." Alex remarked, holding something behind her back. Which brought Emily's gaze to it. "You can't be my stepford wife without one of these."

Hand coming out, pearl necklace in hand. Carefully, she clipped it around's Emily's neck. While her clothes, shoes or her makeup was not quite up to snuff, she felt just a bit more subservient to her future wife. A state she suspected that would become her default state.

Emily's next item was a collection of pinafores, stockings and heels. She also got herself a variety of makeup products and learned how to use all of them. Easier and easier it became to enter that housewife mindset. Soon enough, she was ready to be serving all her wifey's needs.

Their wedding came a couple months later. In a way, it signaled the true start of a new stage of life for Emily. She had actually been quite fine with being the stepford wife to Alex. Possibly a bit too much. Not that Alex actually minded that one bit.

"I do." she whispered, kissing her wife right on the lips. Their tongues met, her future as a stepford wife fast approaching. Emily was ready for it though.
