Her (not overly harsh) sentence

Rhea enters the room to face the panel of three officers, all familiar to her; a man and a woman in their 40s and a younger woman, only 35, but fully uniformed and holding herself in a fashion indicative of that state not changing any time soon. She really wishes she just entered nude and contrite now, at least two of them would have interpreted that favourably... Well, it is too late for that, but she can still minimise whatever is coming.

In that spirit, when called to state her name and rank for the record and tell her version of the event, Rhea opens her uniform skirt and pushes it down to the knees of her widely-planted legs together with her panties. She has done this dozens of times for formal discipline and she lost count of how many informal spankings she received before she turned 20, but her fingers still were shaky as she did so. Finally appropriately exposed, she begins to talk, acknowledging her fault entirely and asking to be disciplined in the process.

At the very least it helps her avoid too much scolding. The older woman makes sure Rhea hears from her as well how sorry she must feel, but since Rhea already said it all herself, she is spared the full lecture. Before very long, the panel orders the miscreant into the corner (to which she shuffles awkwardly given her state of dress) and moves to an internal discussion of her sentence, speaking quietly enough as not too be overheard. It can be discerned though that the older woman appears to be pushing for a more severe option... But fortunately she is the only one doing so. Finally Rhea is called back out.

"You will change into discipline uniform; you will receive 18 strokes with the strap, as equivalent to the mishandled punishment", the man begins to read out from the hastily made notes. Well, this was always going to happen.

"... you will further receive two dozes of six strokes with the same strap, one doze equivalent to the difference between Ms Smith's prescribed and received punishments. Ms Smith will be invited to observe the strapping." The audience was always going to be there too. As for the strokes, Rhea really really hoped for one difference worth of it... But it could easily have been five. Maybe more. She still can count herself lucky.

"Finally, you will serve a two hours public shift at a one-bar station. Report to punishment once you are changed. Dismissed." Rhea suppresses her groan and thanks the panel, shuffling out, not daring to adjust her (still to be removed anyway) uniform. She knew she would be publicly humiliated and again, it could have been worse... But it could have been better too. One-bar prisons are even worse than cages sometimes used by the police **** to display its own offenders, despite (or maybe precisely because of) the apparent freedom they offer.

Still, she must change and get through her strapping before she needs to worry about the public part of her ordeal.
