Help her

You can't possibly let her be eaten, you have to help. Without the advantage of surprise you would need to fight the rotpede openly but you're still affected by the venom, you'll need something to even the odds. Looking through the women around, you start scavenging useful equipment. Pulling off scraps of armor you obtain a plate vambrace, chainmail leggings, along with a leather chest piece and boots in decent enough condition for combat.

Strapping on the vambrace onto one of your arms you slip on the leggings and boots; half dressed you struggle to put on the leather armor until finally you manage to push down your breasts hard enough to wear the shirt.

Then you hear a loud clanking noise just in time to spot the incoming rotpede, diving to the side you duck the air bound bug. Getting up you dash forward and slash it with the elf sword, even without its edge the sword proves to be invaluable when it puncture's the creatures armor but doesn't get in deep.

You attack with your sword again and ducks as the creature responds but with the venom in your blood you couldn't move fast enough this time to evade the attack. The bug scores several more cuts on you but you fend off it's mandibles knowing your doomed if you get paralyzed.

The enraged bug continues to lash with its claws faster than you thought possible and easily punctures the leather chest piece. Blood gushes out from the wound and you barely manage to put up your hand to block it's mandibles, the mouthpart bounces off the metal arm guard and momentarily dazes the rotpede. Quickly taking advantage you thrust your sword at the head, edge's of the broken weapon pierces through flesh killing the monster.

The rotpede gives a sudden shriek and cuts off when you pull out the sword. Pink brain matter and dark blood fly off when you swing the sword, letting out a sign off relief your tankful for this unexpected victory.

Walking over to the female elf you cut her free, all while she stares at you with a shocked look.
