Help her!

You leap out, tackling the zombie, who is knocked straight down to the ground! The disorientation, however, does not faze her. Her hands reach out toward you, but you hit them away and get off of her to look for a weapon. Everyone knows killing zombies is self-defense, right? You search around - calculator, nope, keyboard, nope, potted plant, nope, stapler, _maybe _but probably not, pencils - they'll have to do.

You take a pencil from your desk. Not the sharpest thing in the world, but it'll have to do. The zombie has already gotten up from the ground, and with her arms outstretched, she lurches towards you, trying to make you her prey. Not today! You charge, target already in your sights, preparing to stab her straight in the eye. You're not sure it'll work, but it's worth a try.

With a battle cry, you charge the zombie, swinging your arm with weapon in hand in a precisely calculated trajectory to stick the zombie straight in the eye. It sticks in, shockingly cleanly, and the zombie goes down. Triumphant, you catch your breath. You've defeated a zombie. They can be killed. They can be felled. They can be defeated. And you are living proof to this fact!

It's too bad you didn't notice the zombie behind you.
