Help finds me

I am confident in my abilities, but I am no fool to chase a Daedra worshiper by myself. I know that I need to find my bethren vigilantes; I straighten my apprentice robes, pick up my weapons, and leave the house.

"****, ****!" I hear a woman shout at some distance. My hand reaches for my weapon, ready to lend aid, and my palm glows aflame as I focus a firebolt on my left hand. A couple of guards begin to come in my direction, weapons drawn.

"You have commited crimes against Skyrim and her people. What says you in your defense?" My eyes were looking at the nearby houses, and it takes a moment to register that he is addressing me! I turn to him. The woman is screaming "She murdered him! She murdered him! I saw her burn him alive!"

I slowly realize how it could have looked, if someone missed his attack on me. I say "... the man was under the influence of the Daedra..." but I can hear the scowl under that guard's helmet "...uh, any chance I could talk you into overlooking this?" (PERSUADE)

The guard looks me up and down, and says "All right, but you just watch yourself. Next time, I might not be so lenient" He sheaths his blade, and gives a nod to his companion, who chuckles and turns to leave.

I turn in the direction of the forest and I feel a hand holding my arm. "Where do you think you are going?"

"Uh... the Daedra worshiper. There is another. It is my duty to hunt him down and kill him."

"I can't have you go around murdering more people, after I just gave you a pass on this one." He sounds quite annoyed, and I complain that he truly was possessed by a Daedra. After a short exchange, he says "... I will go with you. If there is evidence against him, we can take him down."
