Helena

A tall classy French woman who's the current head of DOATEC, and a benevolent one in fact, despite her predecessors. She's also who Marie Rose serves and whether she likes it or not, if Marie is going, so is Helena it seems. Though at least one of them seem to be unaware of it, she's also the half sister of Kokoro. Initially she was on a journey to find a defeat whoever it was that killed her mother, Maria, but eventually she changed course and tried to make the DOATEC into something that she thought would benefit the world. Known to also be haughty and brag alot, she at least has some idea of when to do so it seems, considering when asked if she's a great CEO for DOATEC, she says she doesn't think she doesn't think she is. In XVV, she attended thinking it was some conspiracy she needed to look at but put up the front of it being a regular vacation, and brought Marie along too.
