What do you do?
Head for the hotel bar.
Ok, you play along and kiss Katy on the cheek and tell her you will see her at 8:30pm.
"I guess he figured you'd need a couple of cocktails in you to survive the evening, " Katy replies nervously.
You head to the hotel bar and order a double of the good stuff and charge it to room 606. Why not, you're not paying. You pound the drink pretty quickly and order another double and start to watch the clock.
8:30pm arrives at last and you head to the elevator.
You arrive on the 6th floor and head to room 606 which is at the far end of the hall. You take a minute to compose yourself, take a deep breath and knock.
