He restarts time

"Start"

The Jogger resumed jogging but came to a stop as she noticed her music was no longer playing. She looked down in confusion and sighed as she saw the dangling cable before plugging it back in and continuing her jog.

Robert laughed with glee as he watched her turn the corner at the end of the road; the Jogger had retained no memory of him having been near her and had just assumed she accidentally pulled out the cable. This opened up so many opportunities to him; he could do whatever he wanted to whoever he wanted, whenever and wherever he wanted and no one would be able to do a thing about it because they'd have no idea he was doing it until he restarted them!

The world was his oyster!
