He registers for a new slave for himself

When he gets to the DMV is when he gets out his truck that he uses for work hoping to get a good lesbian slave that he can break and impregnate to his will since he is a white man. That leads Phil to grab the clipboard while also gulping at that last response they gave to him about the rules of this new rule about White Man being in charge forever. So he takes the clipboard and writes about what he wants like she has to be between 18-22 years old, lesbian, any religion, brunette maybe, blue eyes maybe, C-cup or bigger boobs, and also any race will do. That leads him to stop writing things on that clipboard that he got from the front desk person which leads them to look at it and say "Well Mr. Stemper we actually have the perfect candidate for you so let me introduce her to you Mr. Stemper for your viewing pleasure since you're the white man here."
