He keeps his mouth shut

Obviously, bigger tits were better than smaller tits. Matt knew that from watching porn... and from liking girls. He also knew it from looking at all of the adult women on the Hill. Those whom nature hadn't graced with enormous tits... like Ms. Chadra, his mom and Ophelia... had gone the surgery route. But Matt didn't see jumping into this conversation as a win. Clearly Amy had made up her own mind. Equally clearly, although she was supposedly speaking to Karen, she knew she had him as an audience. She wanted him thinking about her as hot like Tanya, wanted him thinking of her as having her face fixed and her tits big. But girls were funny... if you pointed out the obvious, they often jumped down your throat.

So, he kept his mouth shut.

Apparently, his silence wasn't the response Amy was looking for because she turned to Matt. She grasped her breasts and shoved them up. "What do you think, Matt. Wouldn't they look better if I got them pumped up?"

If he said yes, would that say he didn't like the tits she had? If he said no, what would that mean? He wasn't sure he had an easy win here. On the other hand, a girl grabbing her boobs and showing them off, even covered, for him, was a step in the right direction.

"I think they're cute the way they are," Matt said. "But a lot of clothes are cut for bigger breasts so if you are thinking of becoming a model, maybe you should go for the implants. With your legs, you really should think about becoming a model."

"That is so sweet." She touched the dent that crossed her face. "Of course, I could never be a model with this."

He was spared answering by the arrival of the bus.

Matt noticed Karen nodding to Ophelia while Amy ignored her completely. Which seemed to be the pattern for almost everyone. It was as if people who actually had to work, especially if they happened to be people of color, were invisible to the rich folk of the Hill.
