He is fully broken

When Jessica pulls the face mask of him the next morning, revealing his four companions, fully clothed and smiling at him with satisfaction the last ounce of fight leaves Josh's body. When they declare that the group is going back to he beach he simply acquiesces despite knowing that the trip will involve two humiliating bike rides through town.
