He introduces himself properly

“It's alright Samantha.” He told her holding her fingers in his big, warm, hand. “This is all my fault, I was moving way too fast.” Samantha desperately wanted to hush his words, stop him from taking the blame. What she really wanted was to stop his words by covering his mouth with hers and swallow every one of them and his tongue along with them.

But she didn't. She didn't say or do anything, instead she listened silently as he rose to his feet and stood before her, there was a bulge in his trousers, she was sure of it. “You're right Samantha,” Dr. Marque still held her hand as he spoke and she **** herself to lift her eyes from his groin and meet his gaze. “I'm sorry I can't help tell you who you are, but I can at least let you know who I am.” Samantha found herself leaning forward as he spoke, there was something about the man that commanded her undivided attention.

“Allow me to introduce myself properly.” Doctor Marque tells her with another one of his disarming smiles before giving her a stiff bow that might have been used by a Prussian Cavalry officer in the Holy Roman Empire. "My full name is Baron Willard Kyle Antondino Marque-Aria; Lt. Commander Imperial Navy Medical Corps (retired) Earl of Widdim IV, Knight of the Imperial Realm, and Knight Protector of Aria." He paused and then shrugged "Can you see why I prefer Doctor Marque?"

Samantha stared at the handsome doctor trying to process what he was saying. The doctor was a Baron? Did he say his last name was Aria?

“Did you say Baron Aria?” She whispered “Like the planet name Aria?” That explained the subtle power that was always present when he spoke. “You’re like a ruler of a whole planet?” She spluttered in disbelief.

“No of course not.” He laughed and she started to feel a little silly until he added calmly. “Prince Rudolph Aria is my cousin. I'm just a Baron of the Aria family line.”

“Just a Baron...” This experience had just become a Disney movie complete with a stunning nobleman hero for the absurdly busty princess. “I'm sorry. I shouldn't be wasting your time... your grace?” In her bewildered state she couldn't remember how the SCA taught her to address a baron.

“Close, 'Your grace' is for a Duke or Duchess." The nobleman corrected her “I am technically addressed as 'My Lord'.”

“Yes My Lord.” She repeated as she tried to come to terms with what he was saying.

“That's why I introduce myself as Dr. Marque. I really prefer people to call me that, or better yet, Will.” He tells Samantha as he sits gently by her side. “After a while some of my coworkers even forget what I am. Or at least it gives them permission to pretend that I'm not 8th in line for the seat of Aria.” The two of them sat in silence in the penthouse suite for more than a minute before the doctor spoke again.

“So do you believe me now when I tell you I understand when you told me that you don't know who you are?” He asked with an intensity that made her want to trust and believe everything he said. “Depending to where I am or who I'm talking to, I am sometimes a Doctor, sometimes a Hospital Administrator, or a retired Naval Officer and sometimes an Aristocrat from a core planet of the Imperium.”

“Yes My...” She paused and tried again “Yes Doctor Marque.”

He shook his head 'No' and gently lifted her mouth to his. “I asked you to call me Will.” Samantha barely heard his words though, all she could think about was how good his lips had felt on her (or Rhiain's) full mouth.
