She fakes fear.

With the extra rope already stashed in his satchel, he takes her upstairs to her bedroom.
She tells him 'not to take her there,' since she had it sound-proofed after a neighbor complaint (or 6).

He pulls out some tape and gags her before lightly-shoving her onto the bed.

Since he's horny as hell, he begins to forcibly strip the 'scared' woman around her bondage.

Once she's bottomless, he unties her enough to strip her top and bra off as she is 'too scared' to put up much of a fight.

He dumps more rope out to tie her up tighter, sitting her on a stool.
