He gets stopped by the receptionist

John speed walked through the gym, his hands gripping the hem of his towel as to protect his dignity. The cool evening air tickled his bare skin in a way that felt not unpleasant but jarring to John. He’d much rather be dressed of course, especially in the middle of the gym.

Thankfully, no one was around to see John’s naked torso as he made his way to the lobby once. He rushed through the door and headed straight for the exit until he heard a voice behind him.

“Dude, what the hell are you doing?” The girl from before asked. John turned around to see a highly skeptical look on the receptionists face.

“I-I’m sorry I can’t talk right now I really gotta go!” John replied before turning around to leave

“Nuh uh!” The girl said before pressing a button underneath her desk.

You try to open the door, but somehow it was locked! You try to pull on the door as hard as you can but no matter how hard you tried you couldn’t open it.

“I can’t have you leaving the gym with one of our towels. I’m gonna need you to get changed, big guy.”

“No no no please just let me leave! Some asshole tore up all my clothes and he’s gonna do it again if I don’t find them!”

“Dude, you okay? What are you on rn?” She walked around her desk and began to approach John.

“I swear I’m not high or nothing! I just need to leave!”

“You’re not leave with that towel though, it’s company property.”

John looked down at his towel clad self and began to panic. There was no way he’d strip completely nude.

“You can’t possibly make me do that, I’ll have nothing to wear if I lose this towel!” John held the towel closer to his hips, refusing to let it go.

“UUGH, you don’t think I know that? I’m just trying not to get fired okay?” The girl replied.

“Please! I’ll do anything to keep this towel!” John pleaded on his knees. He looked up at the receptionist girl and saw a smile creep on her face.
