He explains the situation to Jess over the phone

"Hey, Jess," John said, trying to keep his voice steady. "I need your help with something... personal."

Jess's voice came through the line, clear and calm. "Of course, John. What's up?"

John took a deep breath and dove in. "Okay, so this is going to sound really weird, but... my penis has grown overnight. Like, a lot. I woke up this morning, and it's huge. I don't know what's going on, and I'm freaking out a bit."

There was a moment of silence on the other end of the line before Jess responded. "Wow, that's... unexpected. Okay, let's think about this logically. Have you eaten anything unusual recently? Or taken any new supplements or medications?"

John shook his head, then realized Jess couldn't see him. "No, nothing out of the ordinary. I've just been living my normal life. I'm pretty sure it's not something I did."

Jess hummed thoughtfully. "Alright, well, I can come over and take a look if you want. Maybe we can figure out what's going on together. It might be nothing serious, but it's definitely worth checking out."
