He's perfect

Dorian's body, his beautiful body, is now complete. You step back to admire your work. It's not hard anymore, Dorian has completely given up, limp against his ropes. "Oh Dorian, you're alright. I just know you'll love this body as much as I do." He only moans softly in response. You untie him and instead of escaping like he was so ready for only a few hours ago, he just stands, rocking slowly.

"Why.... me..." He begins to breathe heavier. "Why..." He drops to the floor and just stares off into space. The mean, aggressive bully is no more. He is nothing but your plaything now.

Dorian eventually gets used to his new life. He's a freak now, afraid to leave the safety of your house in case anyone he used to know sees him. But, as time goes on, he begins to appreciate his body as you said he would. Maybe it's the modification somehow messing with his head but he is eager to be used. You live in some sort of bliss together.
