'I...' John began, before looking at Louise, her eyes still peering over the doctor's shoulder at his crotch. 'I don't think that's appropriate. To talk about.'

Doctor Harper and Louise's eyes both glanced up at his. 'That's okay,' the doctor said, her voice like butter. 'I'm sorry I asked.'

'Oh, doctor,' Louise began, placing a hand on her shoulder. 'There's no need to apologise. John is just being silly. Aren't you, sweetie?' she said, batting her eyes at her brother. 'The truth is, he just feels like we have sex _too _much. At least every day, sometimes more than once. He's embarrassed to tell people, because, well... We get a little crazy, sometimes.' She looked at his face and over exaggerated a wink. 'But what can I say? My boyfriend knows how to please his girl.'

Louise cocked an eyebrow at her brother, more, he hoped, sexy than she could've realised. He shook the idea of 'Louise' and 'sexy' being in the same thought as the doctor spoke.

'That's fine, Louise, thank you,' she laughed. 'And, John, she's right. There is absolutely no need to be embarrassed here.' He looked at his little sister's grin and silently disagreed. 'But, you don't have to share anything that you're not comfortable doing so.'

The doctor continued to examine his shaft in her fingers and Louise leaned in for a closer look. 'I've got to say,' she began over the doctor's shoulder, 'since this whole pain thing started, it's been hard not being able to be, uh... satisfied, if you know what I mean.'

Doctor Harper exhaled a laugh through her nose. 'Well, hopefully we can deal with this and get you two back home as soon as possible.'

Louise looked into John's eyes through her dark hair and raised both eyebrows, as if the suggestion was somehow legitimate. Against all his will, the idea of taking his little sister back home for what she was claiming she missed, aided by the doctor's searching fingers on his naked groin, sent a pang of excitement through his crotch.

'Um,' he spoke, before the excitement could become anything further. 'So, what could it be, doctor?'

Louise stepped back as the doctor finally released his genitals and stood, leaving him naked from the waist down in front of his sister, again. ‘I have an idea, but it's not exactly easy to say for sure. There's no sign of any disease or infection, so I'd say that whatever's causing you this pain is coming from the inside. With that in mind, I think a couple of tests are in order, just to see if we can determine the cause.’

'Tests?' Louise asked, her voice more excited than curious.

'What sort of tests?' John tried to ignore his sister's presence.

'I'm only going to suggest this if both of you are comfortable with it, but, John, we should start by seeing if you can still get an erection.’
