Brooklyn's face was red. She had just walked up and down the sidewalk of Fraternity Row with the back of her skirt hiked up and the embarrassing Care Bear panties on display the whole time. Now she was back at the Phi Tau house, and the sisters were staring at her while they were each holding a paddle.
