Have a bath

“This way,” Rikako shows as she usher you into one of the private baths. She indicates a basket. “Put your clothing here and I will have someone wash it for you. Afterwards, you can wear this yukata,” she says while taking out a prepared blue yukata. “We prepare this in case of any distinguished guest comes to this village.”

You appraise the material. Seems quite fancy but being you, you don’t really care.

“Here’s the towel,” Rikako said while handing you a thin white towel, one that’s obviously to be worn inside the bath area. There’s another towel, thicker, that’s to be used for drying up. All in all, a similar set up to the onsens at home.

“Well then,” Rikako says as she retreats from the room.

Instinctively, you check the room for any kind of trap. Satisfied that there’s nothing malicious inside the room, you strip, putting your things at the provided racks and your dirty clothing into the basket. Then you enter the bath, wearing only the provided towel. There is a small hot spring pond big enough for five people and a small wash area complete with some stools and cleaning tools.

You go to the cleaning area and begin to wash yourself when someone appeared behind the semi transparent door.
