Harry Breaks it up

"Enough!" Harry was heard as he used his wand **** the two back. Harry got between them and held Hermione back from hurting Ginny again.

"Harry thanks goodness you." Ginny began but was cut off by Harry.

"Not a word from you!" Harry yelled glaring at Ginny knowing how this began already. "Are you ok, Hermione?" Harry asked concern for the dirty girl.

"Yeah, just some light bruising." Hermione responded assuring Harry she was ok.

"Harry what about me I got hurt a bit." Ginny said as Harry glared at her.

"Don't even try it Ginny you and I both know you've had worse." Harry said while glaring at Ginny.

"She'll try again Harry." Hermione said with her own glare towards Ginny.

"Your right, and I can't have this happen again from either of you." Harry said as Hermione knew Harry was being impartial to avoid play favorites. "If you're going to fight it out, at the very least there should be an audience." Harry said and thus the girls were surprised by this.

"What do you mean?" Ginny asked and thus Harry smirked a bit.

"I'll set up a mud duel for the two of you to fight it." Harry began much to the two girl's shock. "Loser is humiliated and **** to do the walk of shame out of the castle." Harry said causing the two to go wide eyed to this. "The loser will be sent home and suspended from the Castle for one whole year but if you both disagree with this path then both of you will be suspended for 6 months." Harry said making it clear this was fair.

"I understand." Hermione said and thus she looked to Ginny. "What happens if one of us agrees but the other does now?" Hermione asked and thus Harry smirked to Ginny.

"Then the one who turns down the offer will be suspended for one year." Harry said making it clear that this was going to happen.
