Harry's New Rules

Harry was not immediately aware of his return. But when he picked up the Book and looked at what it said, how the memories came back. And anger swept over him. He decided to set things right immediately. At first Harry thought of simply changing the rules so that women were now in a subordinate position. But then he remembered the Dursleys, the Malfoys, even Ron's betrayal. Whether they deserved to be on an equal footing with him. Something dark awoke in Harry. A lust for Power. And he began to rewrite the world:

The old rule: Harry Potter is Archimage. An Archimage is born once every thousand years and is the most powerful wizard. Past Archimage - Merlin.

Old Rule: All wizards except the Archimage are weak wizards who can only use kitchen and household magic.

Old Rule: Everyone honors and respects the Archimage.

New memories came flooding back to Harry. They didn't obliterate the old ones, but were like a dream. There was no more Voldemort. He had been born into Lily and James's normal family. But soon it was discovered that he was the new Archimage. Everyone loved and respected him. He even made friends at Hogwarts: Ron and Hermione. He studied apart from everyone, remembering Merlin and his knowledge.

Harry decided to keep himself safe:

Old Rule: Only Harry J. Potter can use the Book of Rules.

Harry set the Book aside and looked at everyone around him. Draco didn't understand what he was doing here, but respectfully bowed his head to the Archimage. Harry was surprised. Then he remembered. Even though all mages were equal in their abilities, the aristocracy and the pureblood movement persisted. And Draco, like his father, considered himself superior to the Muggleborn and the Half-Blood Archimage.

Then Harry looked at Hermione and Ron. They smiled at him and also lowered their heads respectfully. This caused a storm of emotion in Harry. His old rational thinking was working well. These people didn't love him. They were just using him. They had befriended him in order to get closer to power.

Harry realized with horror that his parents were the same way. They were well aware of all the prospects that opened up with the arrival of the Arhimagus child. They used their position as parents to make the most of it. While Harry was given to babysitters. This infuriated Harry. And how could his past "new" self not understand? Why the "Harry of this world" didn't realize anything. Fortunately, here he is, "The Real Harry." And now he is going to fix this world.
