ANYONE who knew him personally (even if only moderately), would know that Issei Hyoudou ain’t the type to beat around the bushes to get his intentions through. His perverted brain simply lacks the filter for any form of tact...

Although… things didn’t go quite as planned for our perpetually horny protagonist...

The second he finished with that particular rule; all of the sudden the very world around him began to shift and twist in place, which quite understandably began raising some alarms in his psyche thus causing him to panic something fierce.

So with that being said, due to the vaguity of the newly made Old Rule in order to fulfill Issei’s Harem King rule; with its limited sentience, the Rulebook latched onto its current owner’s psyche, that being Issei himself at the moment, and began reading through his mind, searching for his own personal concept on the term Harem King and what being one would entail and not just A harem king either, but THE Harem King as was written...

And once the Rulebook got all the information it needed…

The very next moment… all Issei could see was a flash of white...
