Halloween Week

Monday was nice and peaceful for Leah--until she had to go get her mail from the office. She ran into Jason who was up there with Coach Reed and both men immediately began vying for her attention. Jason through subtle body language while Coach Reed was a bit more apparent by his positioning. He tried to interpose himself in such a way that Leah would have to converse with him unless she purposefully made an effort to talk to Jason.

"Like I was telling Jason--I think we need more signage on the field. You know more 'get pumped up for the team'kind of thing. Right now the band is hiding half of it when they are assembling." He looked at Leah even as Amber, the front office secretary looked on as if she was watching a soap opera--enjoying every bit of the office drama.

"We are only assembling for the half time show--besides--student council were the ones who were supposed to make more signs. That isn't on the band." Jason said almost having to peek out behind Coach Reed.
