"Not tonight honey." she said giving him a consulting kiss. "I'm having some...lady issues."

Jonathan's disappointment turned into a grimace. She didn't use the excuse often so he let it slide. With her IUD she didn't have regular periods so something going on "down there" meant something was going on. Or she was lying. Jonathan wasn't going to challenge her on it.

"Well its okay." he lied. "I hope you start feeling better."

"Thanks babe." she gave him another kiss before heading to the master bedroom to change out of her costume.
