The book found itself before a portal to one version of an Earths’ Hell. It was filled with Demons of all kinds, though the only ones unable to die, barring extenuating circumstances, were the Sinners. The book entered and was ignored by the powers that be and crashed down to the ground. It was picked up and opened. There were Imps, Hellhounds, Succubi/Incubi, The Sins and possibly more.

To the weilder of this book,

Know that you hold my most powerful creation, The Reality Book, with this anything you write in it will become reality. Yes reality will mild itself around what you have written only you as the owner will have knowledge about both realties. This means you are now my amusement little being.
