Gym time.

"Okay, girls! It's past five o'clock!" Crystal yelled as soon as she stepped into the engineering lab, startling Allison, Leah, Natalie, and Zoe.

"Jesus!" Allison exclaimed after Crystal blew her whistle.

"You were supposed to be in the gym already!" the athletic trainer barked while clapping to get the girls' attention. "Let's get going!"

"Let me finish this code!" Zoe complained.

"I told everyone that we are all exercising at five," Crystal chastised. "Save you stuff and grab your gym clothes! Hustle!"

"Fine..." Zoe grumbled, shelving her work before closing her laptop.

They took the elevator and stopped at the seventh and sixth floors for the engineers stop by their quarters to change into their workout clothes that they had bought in Los Angeles with Jonathan's mother.

"Why do we need to exercise?" Zoe whined while she adjusted her sports bra.

"Because everyone needs remain both physically and mentally healthy," Crystal replied with a reassuring smile. "They're reciprocal."

"We're not going to do any of the training Jon goes through, right?" Natalie wondered.

"Not a first," Crystal smirked with a wink.

"Wha...?" Zoe gasped.

"I'm joking! We'll do workout for beginners, mostly stretches and cardio," Crystal explained, just as the elevator car stopped at the first floor. "Ready to burn some calories, girls?"

The engineers nodded and followed Crystal to the gym.
