Group Dynamics

You have a gift, you have a blessing and you have a bounty of beauties. You decide its time to use your gift a little to make your life and the lives of your loved ones a little better.

"My beloveds. Let's talk about this new dynamic. I want your inputs. You know that I love you, respect you and will do what I can to make you all happy but if it's going to work, we will need to communicate and work together not just within a pairing but as a whole group. Some stuff we decide will be for everyone and some stuff will be personal but we are all in this together right?" He gets nods and confirmations from the group. "Good deal, would you rather answer my questions with what is in your heart of hearts knowing there is no right or wrong answers to any of this, or stumble and have us figure it out the hard way as we go along?" Everyone picks the first and you smile knowing that will make it easier as you ask individual questions. You turn to Emma and Linda and ask "Would you two rather count as a set or individuals when making group decisions?"

With no hesitance they reply in sync "A set." Emma continues "On the rare occasions that we have differing options, just count us each as a half. Then you keep an odd number of votes among the women."

You smile at that, glad Emma understood your intent. You ask another follow up, looking to Emma and Linda first. "Do you all want to have set nights we are together or try to schedule or just let everything happen naturally?"

"With set nights, everyone is guaranteed time every week. But you should strongly consider a night for yourself else we will wear you out." Emma answers before Linda continues "Even with set nights, if you do a set weeknight, you will still have one open night a week for random and natural events even if you give yourself a night or two for natural. People can trade if they need a specific night for something as well." Their wisdom coming through.

Abigail chimes in next. "I think that set nights would be good because if we had a weekly event we wanted to do together, you would have that night every week."

Amber chimes after that "I think that having a set night could get old, we should change each week. A bit of randomness might be nice."

Tara pipes in next. "I want set time and to know it's my time. Since we are sharing, our time is going to be precious."

Naomi speaks last. "I don't have a strong opinion on when, but I do have to ask that we remember we are all in this, so sometimes we remember to make sure Jace is where he's needed most."

You take in all their input and noodle for a minute. "How about we start with this. From 6pm to 7am, I'm dedicated. During the day, if I'm free, we can be flexible and spontaneous. And as much as possible, we try to get back to more family dinners between 5 and 6. Saturday evening will be open. And Sunday evening I will keep for myself to get a few things done. Everyone will get a set night and we will try for awhile and reevaluate as we go." He gets nods of consent from the group. "Naomi, you will get Fridays, Tara, Thursdays, Amber, you will be Wednesdays. Abigail, you are getting Tuesday and Miss Emma and Aunt Linda, you will be together on Mondays. Ok?" The group consents for now, knowing you left open the option of change later.

"Next item, relationship dynamics individually. Do you want me to be your partner, your owner, something else? I know you each have different needs."

Naomi starts things this time. "I want to be your partner always in all things. I want us to decide things together as much as possible."

Tara goes next, "Partner mostly. I want you to lead though. Except..." Tara's voice get very quiet and she takes a deep breath before continuing "I want you to own the bedroom." You nod at this, knowing without your gift's use at the beginning, she wouldn't have been able to say that.

Amber takes her turn. "Same as Tara, partner but leader. Keep me honest. As for sex, I want us to explore and learn together. I don't know what I want yet except you had better keep spanking me, I'm getting turned on again just thinking about it..." You smile at that.

Abigail continues "I want to continue how we have been, you push forward, I help guide you and we support one another. I like when you count on me and come to me. I don't want that to change." She offers nothing else at this time and that is fine.

"Aunt Linda and I want something simpler. Own us, use us, count on us always but we are truly submissive in all aspects and the more you learn to lean into that..." Emma pauses and Linda continues "The happier we are."

"Thank you all. I appreciate you sharing. I am going to do my best for each of you. Next question, you can just raise your hand for yes. Are you Bisexual or at least are you Bi-curious?" They all raise their hands to various levels, allowing you to gauge how curious or committed they are. Emma and Linda and Naomi are all up strongly where Tara and Abigail and medium raised and Amber is up just enough to indicate she will at least be willing to try. "Anyone have any hard no's?"

"Scary movies!!" They all practically yell together and you burst out laughing, not expecting the level of unison they achieved. You already knew they all didn't care for scary movies but it was still impressive.

"I'm not into physical pain. A playful smack to the butt is fine but nothing more than that for me." Abigail offers.

Amber giggles and adds "I'm not into not having my butt smacked." And they all laugh at that and you do too, Amber's love of being well documented at this point.

"Anything else for now?" You ask. They all shake no before you continue "I know that there will be more and we will work through it all together. This family has been through a lot and we are going into a new era. But it's going to be our best season yet. That's what I believe." You get positive nods to that. Time for that gift once more though. "Would you rather come to someone in the family anytime you are having an issue in our the family relationships and talk through it so we can make it better or hide those issues and let them fester?" You get agreement from everyone to communicate. You left it open on who to go to though because you know that sometimes the problems will be between them and not involve you. And you know sometimes if the issue is you, someone else might be helpful and help you and them grow closer through resolving that.
