Grace still doesn't trust Derrick, even at the cost of Jessica's clothes

"Sorry, Derrick," Grace decided, "I just don't trust you."

"Really?" Derrick asked, "So you're saying you'll go to work naked?"

"I can just work remote for the rest of the day," Grace clarified.

"If that's how you feel," Derrick's tone started getting more menacing as he picked up one of the bags of Jessica's clothes, "then I guess these are mine now," as he threw it across the fence to his yard.

"Wait, no!" Jessica sprinted towards Derrick, letting go of Grace in the process and allowing her to get dressed.

"Derrick, stop!" Jessica pleaded with the madman neighbor as he continued throwing her clothes bags onto his property.

"Sorry, babes," Derrick said as Jessica cringed at that name, "your mom's such a bitch!"

"See!" Grace pointed in exasperation as she grabbed Jessica by the arm and started dragging her away from the scene and towards the front yard, "I told you that man is a bad influence. Come, you're late for school!"

Eventually, Jessica stopped looking pleadingly at Derrick throwing her clothes over the fence and turned her gaze to the car where Grace was dragging her.

"Ummm, mom?" she asked, "can we stop by Wal-Mart on the way to get me some clothes?"
