John felt the energy of the stone warm his palm. Jesse's clothes began to take on a silky quality. The fabric billowing out, creating the silhouette of a dress. Her hair and clothes darkened. The neckline of her shirt pulled down to give her ample cleavage.

"Stop it John!" She yelled trying to slap the stone out of his hand again. A spark of pink energy pushing her against the wall.

Unlike before the stone didn't leave his hand, "I think it's pissed at us for trying to bypass its will," John said.

Jesse wasn't paying attention as she tried standing up her eyes glowed pink for a second. John realized she was in a goth girl outfit.

"Are you alright?" John asked, helping her up.

"I think so ... Why the fuck am I wearing this?" She asked crossing her arms over her chest.

"I think the stone didn't want us to return you back," he pointed to where the boxers had been. A pair of black lace panties laying where they were. "I think it tricked us by making us think it could transform you back and that I was strong enough to do it."

"Fucking bastard!" She said trying to smash the stone with her heel. The magic of it causing her heel to bounce off of it without causing any damage.

"I have an idea," John said sitting down on the couch. "I got the gem via a package. Maybe the return address will give us a clue to where it came from."

Jesse sighed, "It's worth a shot. But I hope it's not a dead end." She looked at her phone, "It's getting late, we should get to bed. I'll grab some pillows and a sheet for you to sleep on the couch."

She turned and walked towards a linen closet, John couldn't help notice her hips swaying and that she seemed a natural walking in her new black high heels. He didn't want to stress her out so he didn't mention it.

"Sleep tight," she said. She hesitated at the threshold as she walked back to her room. She looked back at John, she blushes slightly before turning back and walking into her room.

John used a tissue to gingerly place the gen onto the coffee table. He hoped in the morning they'd have more answers about how it works.
