Going Ape

"Well, technically I'm not going to transform you but everyone will think you have been transformed. from now on everyone will see you as a monkey and everything you say will sound like monkey noises to them. I hope that doesn't inconvenience you too much haha"

James thought this was crazy so he put his phone back into his jeans and walked outside. There was a mother walking with her teenage daughter who James had seen around sometimes.

"Mum, look, a chimpanzee and it's wearing clothes!" the girl laughed.

"Oh my goodness, how did that get here? And someone should take those clothes off it, it is not funny to put a monkey in clothes it will be too hot!"

"Hey, did Rebecca put you up to this if so it isn't funny" James snapped.

"It's making funny ape noises!" the girl laughed.

"It is probably agitated since it is out of it's proper environment. I'll call animal control, they will know what to do with him!" said the mother.

James was starting to worry how serious she looked and turned to notice his reflection in the window of a nearby parked car and saw a large chimpanzee staring back at him wearing his clothes. James looked down at his body he hadn't changed at all, how was this possible!

He needed to get away from here and try and find Rebecca before animal control got to him first!
