You wait for the pair to pass you, standing up to smile at them.

"Hey!" you say. "I'm Jack, I don't believe we've met before."

The twins pause, giggling at your pick-up attempt. You try to keep your eyes above their necklines.

"I'm Lucy," the first twin says.

"I'm Laura," the other says.

You try to spot distinguishing features to tell them apart, but you fail to see any.

"Oh, so your parents didn't go with the whole rhyming name system, huh?"

"Real smooth," Ben says, his words disguised in a fake cough.

"No, they didn't," Lucy says, or shit, maybe it's Laura.

"We need to get to class," Laura says. "But we'll be around later if you want to... chat, you know?"

"Oh, cool," you nod. "Perfect."

The twins walk off as you sit down at the table with a grin.

"Take that, fuckers, just got a date with two redheaded twins. Or maybe some chicks who just want to fuck me, whatever."

"Ah, you got lucky," Ben said.

You polish off your mozzarella sticks with a grin on your face and finish your meal, as the others do as well. You slide your tray away as the bell rings to mark the end of lunch.

"Fuck, let's go to class, I suppose," Ben says.

You nod and follow them off.
