Go to the town square
You follow the noise west. E.V.A.'s slaves fill the square. The old town hall is no longer there; in its place is a massive white cube, humming that strange irritating noise, white noise but not through the ears but through the everything else. They all stare at the cube, not aware of their surroundings, not aware of you, as if waiting for something.
