Go to the doctor's office and try to escape

You take the opportunity and slip out into the corridor. With the nurses out and no one watching you, this the perfect chance for escape. You made your way to the doctor's office. The door makes no sound and it's open.

The room looks like a standard doctor's office, with nice furniture, a desk a wardrobe, a big chair, a stretcher, and diplomas from the university, but... where is the exit?
The voice in your head whispers "The wardrobe, move the wardrobe"

Using your strength, you move the wardrobe, it's heavy and you are completely sweated, but you arrive to move it and reveal a secret passage behind it.
You take a heavy iron paperweight from the desk of the doctor, to use it as a weapon, and you get inside the tunnel.
The passage is dark, but you control your fear and you start to walk out of this damned place.

You are in the parking of the hospital, and you notice a nurse using a vending machine, and some parked cars, it's nighttime, a strange mist is covering the parking, and it's cold...

You can hide between the cars and try to jump the fence, or you can take **** and knock the nurse who didn't notice you.
You don't have time to think... if you knock the nurse, will be easier to jump the fence and escape, however, you have to land a perfect hit on your head or she will scream.
On the other side, if you hide between the cars, you will not take the risk of combat, but if the nurse spots you, she can sound an alarm or call the guards.
