Go to bed

Helen's body was exhausted and now that his horniness had subsided, Adam dragged himself to the bed. Laying down, he briefly contemplated leaving Helen's body. Too tired to really put much thought into it though, Adam closed his eyes to drift off to sleep.

The next day, Helen's alarm woke her up bring and early. Rolling over, Helen turned it off before sitting up in bed. Sleepily rubbing her eyes, Helen stopped for a second before realizing what her hand looked like.

"It wasn't a dream," Adam muttered with Helen's voice. "I'm actually still Helen."

Hearing Helen say she was indeed Helen was a bit odd to say the least, but Adam was once again enamored by being inside his sexy girlfriend. At the same moment as realizing this, he remembered his body was back in the chair. He also realized that his body just sitting there doing nothing was probably not a great idea. Quickly standing up and heading to the room, Adam stumbled a bit, his new sense of balance completely off. But he reached the study without incident. The room was empty, however.

"What the-" Adam started to say as he realized his body was missing.

"Helen, what are you doing just running around naked?" Came a very familiar voice.

Spinning around so fast that his blond hair caught in his eyes, Adam came face to face with himself. He stuttered trying to find the words to speak. Was this a spirit in his body? Was it Helen?

"I can explain," Adam stated weakly.

"Oh you don't know. I'm a caretaker spirit. Basically if you leave your body empty too long, a caretaker spirit takes over it and runs it for you. I just do everything you do and if you need anything, let me know," Adam's body said with a smile. "I can call you Adam if you'd like, but I usually just default to the body's name."

Adam just nodded along listening to it. So this happened automatically when you leave your body for too long. That was super helpful knowledge. There was another thing though that Adam wanted to know.

"Does Helen know I'm inside her?" Adam asked.

"Normally, if they know you are going to possess them they do. IF they don't know, they are still aware but just assume all the actions taken are their own. Also if they are asleep, they are completely unaware," the caretaker spirit explained.

"Oh that's good to know. Thanks for the help," Adam said.

"Of course. Anyways, I'm making breakfast. You might want to get dressed Helen, the windows are open," the spirit said with a laugh.

Instinctively, Adam covered his crotch, but then realized he also had tits now. He tried to cover those as well but it was a bit too much for his much slimmer arms. Adam's body walked away laughing as it went down the stairs. Turning around, Adam retreated to his room.

Once inside with the door closed, Adam turned to the room. He thought again about leaving Helen's body, but right now she was unaware according to the spirit. This emboldened him a bit. Sure he could leave her now, but he could also get to experience what it was like to be a woman. And Helen wouldn't be any the wiser. Helen was never much of a girly girl either, despite Adam wishing she would dress a bit more girly sometimes. He wouldn't dare ask her to, but this was a rare opportunity where Adam could choose to see Helen in whatever he chose. But he could also go find another girl to do this with too, Helen wasn't the only option.
