Go to School

Cole looks back at her with a smile, but shakes his head.
"You know I'd love to stay, but I've got things to do." Jackie makes a loud 'humph' and pouts her lips, but he just says he'll see her later and leaves her room.

About halfway down the steps Cole heard a thump, followed by footsteps. So she had gotten out of bed after all. He got to the bottom of the stairwell and was walking to the foyer when he heard her frantically chasing him. Her heels clacked against the marble steps as Jackie frantically ran to Cole in a fresh outfit. Today she was wearing a deep red halter top and a denim miniskirt. Her heeled sandals shaped her legs and made her seem a few inches taller, he was now only a head above her.

"You didn't think I was gonna let you go and do some other tramp while I sit her thinking about you, did you?" She asked, pulling him close and bending up to kiss him.
"If you think you can just give me a one nighter and go, I've got news for you, I'm getting some more of you later." Jackie whispered, her voice husky as she bit on the skin to the side of his chin. The bus arrived a few minutes later and they boarded together, people wondering why they were in the same house, but no one tried to actually ask them. Jackie sat with Cole and glared at any other girls, marking her territory.

When they arrived at school Jackie insisted they go to the band room, but Cole refused. She pouted again but accepted it, saying she'd see him later and leaving him to his business. Cole now headed to study hall, where he'd face the music for not showing up at Dana's, but he had an excuse. He then had to answer to Tori, but still, he had an excuse. Feeling confident, he walked down the stretched halls and into study hall, the bell ringing a minute later as he stood side to side with Dana, who began to speak.
