Go talk to Nezu!

Nezu was humming a bit as he sipped his tea, and did the paperwork to handle Melissa's transfer. That was a lot more complicated than what he was doing for Shinso, so he was getting it out of the way first. He paused when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in!" he called cheerfully. Izuku and Momo walked in, Izuku having his arm around her, a slight pout on Momo's face. Nezu guessed, correctly, that his hand had been on her ass before they reached his office.

"Hello, Principal Nezu. Hope this isn't a bad time," Momo told him cheerfully.

"Not at all! I actually wanted to talk with you about the inclusion of Melissa Shield in the class. As well as Hitoshi Shinso. I must say, Midoriya, he has taken to working his body quite hard since you defeated him without even using One For All in the Festival. Well done, motivating him," Nezu smiled.

"Um, it was nothing... I just thought he needed a push to be less reliant on his own Quirk is all. He's not always going to be able to provoke a response out of his opponents, after all, especially if they know what he can do," Izuku chuckled sheepishly. "But that's not actually why we stopped in. I was actually seeking some advice about something, and I figured that you're at least one of the best people to ask."

Nezu blinked a bit, before grinning. It was so nice to be respected and taken seriously. One of the few things that hindered his ability to be an effective administrator to this school was that a lot of students underestimated him, and how helpful he could be... And those who recognized that he could in fact run circles around pretty much everyone in terms of mental ability were usually too scared shitless to come to him for advice. The in betweens were always a breath of fresh air. "Ah, I see. What might this be about then?" Nezu inquired as Izuku and Momo took a seat.

"Well, earlier this morning, Mei sort of... Brainstormed a bit, and asked me if One For All's energy could be used in more versatile ways. I was wondering about whether we could arrange for a controlled setting to try out an idea or two, as well as asking you for any potential advice about how to potentially manipulate the energy for such use... And if possible, have Recovery Girl on standby, just in case..." Izuku replied sheepishly.

Nezu stared a moment, and chuckled. "That last part is definitely a prudent request, especially given... Well, the fact that the suggestion came from Ms. Hatsume. And we all know what her ideas usually lead to... Goodness knows, Power Loader has told me that to no end... Odds are high that experimenting with that much energy will result in at least one explosion... Still, it's intriguing to consider. I doubt Toshinori ever considered it. He usually just punches his problems until they stop... Which, admittedly, works well for him."

Momo giggled a bit. "Well, when one can punch hard enough to alter the weather, then any problem they punch tends to stop being one real fast," she quipped.

Nezu laughed a bit. "I'll have one of the training fields set up within the hour. Now then, onto the topic of the two new students," Nezu continued.

"Yeah, we guessed you might want to discuss that as well when you had the chance, that's part of why Momo came along, as she is also the vice rep of our class," Izuku nodded.

"Oh, and here I thought it was just because you both were attached at the hip," Nezu chortled.

"Often, but not at the moment," Momo joked in an obvious innuendo, making Izuku **** on his own spit, and Nezu grin a bit.

"Obviously, you both will have to put in some extra work alongside Eraserhead. Shinso's Quirk is often seen as villainous, and Shield lacks a Quirk in general," Nezu noted. "You'll both want to keep an eye on making sure the class doesn't ostracize them, nor class 1B ostracizing them... Though I doubt anyone would, just keep an eye out."

"Well, Kaa-chan antagonizes everyone... And Monoma might also have some words to say, but that's towards 1A in general," Izuku noted, rubbing his chin.

"There's also the fact that they're behind everyone else in terms of the academics, so Eraserhead intends to foist them on your study group," Nezu added. Aizawa hadn't told him that, but Nezu had known the Underground Hero for a while, and could read him like a book for the most part.

"Not a problem with me," Izuku nodded. They continued to discuss the minor details of how they could aid in the transition, until it was time to go try out some ideas with One For All.
