"Dude, she's into you!" James said.

"She has a boyfriend, James. She's not into me."

"You've heard the rumors, right? That she made out with Melissa at the big graduation party last year? Tony and her were dating back then too."

"It's a rumor," you said, dropping your fork to your tray. A quick glance around the cafeteria showed more than a few people looking at you. Some looked amused, no doubt because they had heard what happened in gym, others looking more curious.

"Lots of people said it happened. I'm telling you, she's into you."

"So, what, Tony is her cover or something?"

"She could be bi, and maybe he thinks it's hot? I don't know man. But I say you hang out with her, see what happens."

You considered, looking down at your abandoned food. Your appetite was really lessened after the change. You thought back to the exchange in the classroom. She had seemed nervous, and she had been blushing. Could she be into you? Did you even want to think about doing anything on the relationship front with this new body of yours? Kate was definitely hot.

You pulled your phone out, navigating to message Kate.
