Go for another upgrade to help with her rear

After a long pause, the monitor flashed, a new message coming from the AI. "You have not selected any other upgrades, would you like to select another?" Samus paused for a moment. She figured the computer wouldn't be able to make the situation any worse than it already was, and the AI's database was quite large. Perhaps it could contain an upgrade to fix her new pear shaped figure, and her ass would shrink back down.

"very well, I don’t see how things can get any worse.” Samus replied
