In practice... Remembering Charles demanding presence and how he left the mark on my neck made me aware that I really wanted to go with him.

Now that I think about it, Charles might just punish me for not listening to him. I found myself smiling at that idea. Yes, that idea gave me the mental strength to return to my room. The last time I tried to deny him he kept me on the edge until I couldn't think and called myself a slut.
