What if you played along with this story? You were Sleeping Beauty in this VR, and so presumably there was a prince that would rescue you from this boring place. Sophie could find you with the prince as easily as in this tower. She knew the story.
You didn’t remember the story of Sleeping Beauty very well, so you didn’t know what to expect in the “happily ever after” part of the story, but you now recalled that your rescuer would be called “Prince Charming.’ That didn’t sound so bad.
You’d need to sleep to start the story, though, so he could wake you with a kiss. You guess that, if you were to lie down on this bed, the AI here would send you to sleep and things would begin.
