Go back to sleep

You're still too sleepy and you reach out a hand to ask Taylor to stay, but she ignores you and runs out of the bedroom. Rubbing your eyes, you decide it's too much work to chase after her. After all, this is not a romantic comedy and while she's hot, she's not your girlfriend or soul mate.

"Screw it, I'll take care of it later," you mumble and flop back down onto the bed and close your eyes.

The next thing you know, you wake up to someone shaking you. You open your eyes to see that the room is flooded with sunlight and someone has opened the curtains. Abby's the one shaking you, and you take a second to admire her in her sweaty workout attire.

"What is it?" you ask as Abby pulls you up into a sitting position.

"It's half past noon!" she yells in your face.

"Woah, woah, woah. Why are you yelling?"

"What happened with Taylor?"

"Taylor?" you ask groggily, trying to follow the conversation.

"Taylor Hill. The Victoria's Secret model?"

"Oh, I think she left..."

"Did she sneak out or did she say something to you before she left?" Abby asks. She seems serious and in lawyer mode.

"Uh... she said something about changing her mind, not wanting to do this... I told her she signed a legally binding agreement, but she didn't listen and left."

"And you went back to bed?!?!" Abby's practically screaming in your face right now.

"Yeah, I was tired. Calm down. What's the big deal?"

"What's the big deal?!?" Abby hands you a tablet that she was carrying and shows you the headline of a celebrity tabloid website. "She went to the media! Look, they even have a copy of the contract on their website with your and her signatures. And look at this," Abby pulls up another page within the tabloid and it shows a live video stream of dozens of cameras and paparazzi camped outside the gates of the estate.

"Oh shit," you say.

"Yeah. Oh shit."

"What do we do? I mean, it's a legal document and binding right?" you ask.

Abby sighs. "Yes... I guess I could go to a judge and get the document and her statement recanted, but we're sort of trapped in here by the cameras. The girls are worried. I mean, we can hide out here for weeks and months, but none of them want to be publicly named as being beholden to the contractor holder, plus your name is all over the tabloids now even though it seems like nobody knows who you are."

Shaking your head at your current predicament, you wish you had stopped Taylor before she left. Now, you have to figure out a way to fix this mess.
