"Guess I'll have to wing it," you think to yourself as you’re pushed to the spot where they want you standing by the production. They hand you a microphone and give you a thumbs up before scurrying away.

“Shit I’m going to fuck this up so bad,” you thought as they started to count down until you would be live on air. They motion that you’re on air and the most amazing thing happens.

You start talking and you’re not missing a beat as you quickly go through the topic that Maria was supposed to be talking about. It was almost as if her mind was on autopilot as you heard yourself talk about something you personally had no idea about. If felt like natural reflexes taking over for you in a time you desperately needed it to. You continue to speak to the camera with no problem as you breeze through subject after subject.

“This has been Maria Menounos. Back to you guys,” you hear yourself say before the guy behind the camera gives a thumbs up, a song Maria’s memories told meant you were now off the air.

“Great job as usual Maria,” the camera guy said, giving you a pat on the shoulder.

“Same to you Greg,” you said as Maria’s mind seemed to respond for you.

“It’ll be a bit before I’m completely packed up, so you can wonder around for a bit if you want,” Greg said.

“Yeah, I’ll go check things out for a bit,” you reply.

“Okay. See you back at this spot in about an hour Maria,” Greg replied.
