(Sure, you can include sexual stuff when writing wholesome moments. For example, the Hyper-SexWorld version of this comic panel includes the implication that Mary Jane - who's completely naked cause 18+ CMNF is and has always been the norm in the world that this version of Marvel Comics is located in - is gently jerking off Peter thanks to there being a few added FAP sound effects. But the sexual stuff should NEVER overpower the wholesomeness of the scene!)
