Chapter 14

What does Amy dare them to do before the drawing?
Give her power over who gets which dares.
"We'll draw dares like normal, but I dare you to let me decide who gets what dare."
"Holy shit," Ted said, "is that even allowed?"
"It's our game," Amy replied, "we get to decide what's allowed, don't we? If you all think it's unfair, I'll just make you do something else. Like play a game of strip-rock-paper scissors before we begin."
"I, for one, think it's pretty damn clever," said Stace.
"Okay," Ted said, "but I want to clarify a few things first: if I take an **** or intermediate dare, and you give it to someone else, who gets to use the free dare that comes with it?"
"I think the person who has to do the dare should still get any dares that go with it. But there's still an incentive to take an intermediate or higher dare," Amy said with a coy smile.
"What's that?"
"If you draw an easy dare I'll just take it for myself, and I might give you the **** dare that I'm obviously going to draw."
Amy's three roommates stare at her for a second before breaking out into shy grins and laughter.
"I agree with Stace," Brandi said, "that's really clever."
"So we're agreed," Stace said, "we're going to allow this kind of meta-dare in the game?"
Do they agree?
