Give Amy her clothes.

"Well, since you brought your friend here to give her clothes, why don't you give her your clothes right now."

Janet looked at her sorority sister with evident confusion.

"Your pants and panties. Give them to your little bottomless friend, right now. And to make sure you feel the sting of your punishment, I'll lock you out of your room for the night. If you want to cover your ass, you'll have to beg for clothes from your sisters, and I can guarantee you they won't hand it over for free."

Sheepishly, Janet stepped out of her sweatpants and picked up her thong from the floor and handed them to Amy.

"Here, put these on. It's okay." Janet said as Amy held on to her salvation.

This was her chance to get out of the mess she'd gotten into, easily and simply. There was just one problem. Amy wasn't allowed to wear panties. So now she had a choice to make--she could refuse the panties, either making up a lie or telling them the truth about her dare game (but how then would Janet feel, knowing that her humiliations had come about because of a game?) Or, she could accept the panties and then receive another permanent dare from her roommates.
